The tricky aspect of this venue is in the selection of the different types of dough available that are flavoured in a unique way. The yellow dough with cornflour is really good. This is how Bruno De Rosa expresses his creativity and inclination toward exploration. On the menu you will also find an organic dough made with durum wheat and wild barley. The dough made with Concerto, a coffee liquor typical of Tramonti, his home town is also intriguing. All of this fantasy does not disappoint. Once you take your first bite you can tell that the pizza is tasty, fragrant as well and digestible. The doughs are pleasantly balanced with the toppings. Among the appetizers, there is a nice selection of cheeses. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert.
