This establishment offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere accompanied by a large terrace with young and courteous staff ready to guide customers through the wide range of proposals available. The menu is interesting and well-organized, full of unusual offers that, at first glance, can confuse someone that is more accustomed to the classic concept of a pizzeria. Each pizza reveals an idea, and the study and attention involved in the choice of ingredients is easily perceived, even in the preparation of the dough. The idea of the ‘padellini’ (small frying pans), which are the real signature of this place, is commendable. The fried foods are also worth a mention. The dessert menu could be further refined. Officina del Gusto is worth a trip all the way to Monte San Vito.
