PizzAut Monza is much more than just a pizzeria: it is a social project that promotes the employment inclusion of young people with autism, offering a high-quality culinary experience. The restaurant offers Pala pizzas made with selected and short supply chain ingredients, where the pizza rises for a total of 72 hours and is hydrated at 70%. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, with the staff telling the story and purpose of the project during dinner for a few minutes, involving pizza makers and waiters, making each visit a special moment. There is a good number of pizzas to choose from, with highlights such as the Bombazza, CernuscAut, and Fiori di Arancio among the most interesting. Reservations are essential.
