Three mini-buns (tomato and buffalo mozzarella, spicy chicken and pickled vegetables, shredded pork with smoked beetroot and mayonnaise) are the perfect start for a sensory journey that proves to be excellent: then you can choose a slice of panettone or a maritozzo, the one made in collaboration with chef Federica Di Lieto is filled with cod ice cream, cod cream, olive powder, confit cherry tomatoes, basil, oregano, extra virgin olive oil and Maldon salt. The pizzas are always surprising: the potato and guanciale, seemingly simple on paper, surprises with drops of roasted pepper on oven-baked organic potatoes and Calabrian black pig.
