Small, austere, but welcoming, this Ljubljana pizzeria offers Neapolitan-style pizzas certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza. They select products of excellent quality and prepare a light, well-leavened dough which both truly make the difference and make the whole experience a very pleasant one. The head pizza chef is Fabio Caruso, who has worked under Giovanni Santarpia in Florence. The margherita with buffalo-milk mozzarella is simply great. The menu is also enriched by a nice list of vegan pizzas. The staff is friendly, the service is good, and the prices are more than affordable. The desserts are also worth trying: the cannoli and the tiramisù are both very well-made.
