You will also find two convincing versions of the montanare, with ragù sauce and also with stracciatella, anchovies and confit tomatoes. After these appetizers the oven dominates. From the oven, you can expect both traditional pizzas and some more intriguing ones. All have a soft crust and are made with excellent raw materials. In particular, the intense tomatoes and persuasive mozzarella give a decisive boost. We recommend you try the Naples among the classic proposals and the Re Guanciale, which is a chromatic version of the Carbonara. The wine cellar has been carefully designed and there is also a selection of good beers.
