Pizza Week – Spain Edition 2025

Pizza Week Spain Edition 2025 will take place from May 26th to June 2nd, and will involve the best pizzerias in Spain for 50 Top Pizza:

45 pizzerias will be the protagonists of a week full of events, and they will involve master pizza makers and chefs, products and producers, in the name of quality and the desire to network.

Pizza Week Spain Edition 2025 is created in collaboration with Mammafiore.

Special event with the participation of Ciccio Vitiello, founder and master pizza chef of Cambia-Menti di Ciccio Vitiello pizzeria in Caserta, who will prepare his famous “Recensione Negativa” pizza. Paired with Neapolitan wines.

In addition, merchandise dedicated to Pizza Week, a limited edition of tote bags, produced in collaboration with Branca Estudio in Sabadell, will be gifted to customers.

Tasting menu of five courses, made in collaboration and with the presence of Ciro Pecoraro, founder and master pizza chef of Pizzeria Giagiù in Salerno, paired with Campanian craft beers from KBirr brewery of Giugliano in Campania. A neapolitan music homage to Nu Genea will accompany the evening.

The menu will consist of:

• Dessert signed by the pastry chef José Romero Barranco, in collaboration with Lot Roasters Chocolate.
