Pizza Week Spain Edition 2026: the full program
From June 22nd to June 28th Spain’s top pizzerias will take part in the third edition of Pizza Week Spain Edition 2026.
50 Top Pizza, the world’s leading and most influential pizza guide, is honored to present the 29 Best Independent Pizzerias in Spain 2026 that will participate in the Spanish edition of Pizza Week. The event has been organized in collaboration with Mammafiore for the occasion of the presentation of the 50 Top Pizza Europa 2026 guide, which will take place in Madrid on June 29th.
The selected independent pizzerias, together with the 10 artisanal pizza chains operating in Spain, will host an extensive program of high-profile events across the country, with current topics relevant to the pizza sector: a total of 59 venues in 17 cities. It will be a week packed with events featuring master pizza makers, chefs, and producers, united by a commitment to quality and a desire to foster collaboration and networking. It will truly be an unprecedented celebration for this amazing country.

The melding of Italian and Spanish products creates a unique gastronomic identity, where creativity, innovation, and careful attention to ingredients make Spanish pizzerias among the most exciting on the international stage. To celebrate the tenth edition of the guide, there is also a significant novelty this year: 60 pizzerias, instead of 50, will be awarded in Europe, alongside a sizeable selection in the Excellent category.”
