On the outskirts of the historic center of Sarzana, situated just off of the main streets, is Il Bacetto, a bright and spacious pizzeria with a modern décor. The table service is quick and polite. The pizzas are large, rather thin, flaky and tasty. The raw materials used are of good quality. The variety of pizzas offered is vast:  among these are pizzas with whole-wheat flour, and others with an interesting combination of ingredients. The selection of beers is intriguing and refined. You can also request some off-menu local wine labels. We recommend the pizza Imperiale for its graceful balance between fragrance, flavor, and softness.
