Bordo

This is one of the most recent pizzerias in Rome, opened in full covid-19 lockdown, and it has already got people talking about it.  Bordo is located in Pigneto, one of the quarters known for nightlife in Rome.  Among the little streets where Pasolini shot some of his first films, these youngsters have brought a breath of fresh air and modernity here, without neglecting quality and tradition.  The location is furnished in a modern slant with atmospheric lighting.  The proposals are decidedly interesting, however their strongpoint, which they boast with pride, is the margherita.  Their slogan is “A contemporary Neapolitan pizza.”  The fried foods are also good.  It is worth taking a walk around the area to better appreciate this young quarter.
