Proprio questo è il caso di Fives Olive che grazie alla passione di Korn Sinpradit e Kwang Sinpradit per l’Italia e la sua cultura gastronomica, sono riusciti a portare un angolo di Bel Paese in Thailandia. Il locale è in stile coloniale, molto bello e confortevole. L’impasto è di quelli contemporanei con il cornicione pronunciato, gli ingredienti di ottima qualità Vi consigliamo di provare la salsiccia e cicoria, davvero buona e la Nduja e stracciatella, dai contrasti decisi. In menu troverete anche antipasti, paste e risotti. Di livello la proposta del bere con una sezione dedicata ai cocktails davvero interessante e ben fatta. This is exactly the case with Fives Olive, where thanks to the passion of Korn Sinpradit and Kwang Sinpradit for Italy and its gastronomic culture, they have managed to bring a taste of the Bel Paese to Thailand. The restaurant is in a colonial style, very beautiful and comfortable. The pizza dough is contemporary with a pronounced crust, and the ingredients are of excellent quality. We recommend trying the sausage and chicory pizza, which is really delicious, as well as the Nduja and stracciatella pizza, with bold contrasts. The menu also includes appetizers, pasta, and risotto. The drink selection is top-notch, with a section dedicated to truly interesting and well-crafted cocktails. Prices are average for the city, and the quality is real and authentic.
