I fratelli Castellano si sono fatti un nome con le loro pizze da asporto e, anche se oramai sono conosciuti in tutta Parigi, hanno mantenuto il locale del 15° arrondissement, con le ordinazioni che si prendono alla porta-finestra e una disponibilità in tutto di due tavoli grandi con panche per 6/8 persone e un tavolino piccolo per una coppia. Hanno però raddoppiato, aprendo un altro locale molto simile, poco lontano, nel 7°, Scugnizzo, gestito da un altro fratello e con la stessa capienza. L’offerta delle pizze è piuttosto tradizionale, la pasta è leggera, stesa sottile e leggermente croccante, piccolo cornicione, buoni i condimenti. Solo un tipo di birra, italiana, e qualche vino, ottimo invece il limoncello. Considerati i pochi posti, indispensabile telefonare per prenotare con anticipo se si vuole mangiare seduti.

The Castellano brothers have made a name for themselves with their take-away pizzas, and even though they are now known throughout Paris, they have kept their restaurant in the 15th arrondissement, where orders are taken at the window and there are only two large tables with benches for 6/8 people and a small table for a couple. However, they have doubled their presence by opening another very similar restaurant not far away in the 7th, Scugnizzo, managed by another brother and with the same capacity. The pizza offerings are quite traditional, with a light, thin and slightly crispy crust, a small crust, and good toppings. There is only one type of beer, Italian, and a few wines, but the limoncello is excellent. Due to the limited seating, it is essential to call in advance to make a reservation if you want to eat seated.
