Il piccolo borgo di Castino ha fra le attrattive questa grande e nota pizzeria moderna. Si può arrivare in auto, moto (bicicletta per i più sportivi). Parcheggio facile. Il locale è “per tutti”, come dice il claim aziendale, ma non per questo distratto: le pizze sono infatti curate, grande attenzione al Piemonte gastronomico e ai suoi prodotti, proposte originali ed abbinamenti insoliti, farine e lievitazioni curate, prodotti a km zero e sperimentazioni mediterranee (ma con prodotti del territorio); il servizio è veloce e cordiale. Buona scelta di vini, soprattutto piemontesi, di birre locali e di dolci fatti da loro. Il locale è accessibile con facilità solo in alcune parti.
The small village of Castino has this large and well-known modern pizzeria among its attractions. You can reach it by car or motorbike (or even bicycle for sports lovers). There is easy parking access. This place is for “everyone” as the establishment states but at the same time does not allow any distractions from its main objective of making pizzas. The pizzas are well-made, with great emphasis given to the gastronomic products from Piemonte. The proposals are original with some unusual combinations. The flours and yeast used are of good quality. Much of the produce is locally grown with some Mediterranean exceptions (nonetheless made with products from the territory). The service is fast and friendly. There is an excellent selection of wines, especially from Piemonte. You will also find local beers and homemade desserts. Only some parts of the venue are easily accessible for the disabled.
