Run by the Grasso family from Naples, the pizzeria Gorizia is an establishment which strongly identifies with the Vomero-style pizza. That tradition, which has solid roots in the history of Neapolitan pizza making, arrived in the Ville Lumière by following a family business model which started long ago. In fact, they have opened many pizzerias in different areas of the city since the sixties. Not a chain, not a brand, but brothers, sons, nephews, grandchildren who put themselves behind the counter or at the oven to offer the Neapolitan pizza to the Parisians. We can say that a classic Neapolitan dough, topped with well-distributed Italian DOP products, is also found beyond the Alps. Although the establishment not in the heart of the city center, it is still advisable to book.
