The small town of Baradili, the smallest one in Sardinia, with only 84 inhabitants, hosts “Sa Scolla”, which in Sardinian means: the school. It has been furnished as a country house with wood and light tones. The dough is the result of natural leavening and made according to locally available ingredients. The proposal is based on 6 classic pizzas, 5 seasonal pizzas and 5 gourmet ones, with a significant effort put into the toppings, for which Roberto Petza accompanies the work of the pizza chef, Stefano Lonni, through his technical knowledge.
