The pizza is good quality, good dough, prepared in a wood-fired oven, only with select ingredients which are always fresh. Options of both classic and unique pizzas, such as the Amatriciana pizza. All of the pizzas are proposed in their classic versions, in the “Vassoietto” (little tray) version, with a dough that is more stretched, and therefore more thin, served on a tray, or the “Padellino” (little paddle) with a dough with a double leavening for a crunchy and light pizza. Furthermore, there are excellent first and second courses on the menu, both meat and fish. We recommend the spaghetti cacio e pepe, the paccheri, the carbonara, the pasta with ceci beans alla napoletana, and the eggplant parmesan.
