This establishment is done in a captivating and modern style that blends the typical features of a brewery with those of a restaurant. This fusion is evident in the dining hall that has been furnished in a minimalist style that alternates between warm wood tones and cooler materials: such as bricks that line the steel walls. The gastronomic offer mainly focuses on seducing the client with their pizzas, but you can also find a selection of first courses in the Roman tradition: such as amatricana, cacio e pepe, meat dishes and desserts. Beers, are the strong point of this Osteria, which are meticulously described in terms of different styles and typologies within the brewing industry. You will find an eccentric and vast offer of both bottled and tap beer. The pizzas and focaccias are baked flawlessly and refined with excellent raw materials, which follow the trends of the seasons. Stone-ground flour and sourdough enhance the dialogue between the traditional cuisine (chicken with peppers) and a more contemporary approach. The service is courteous and informal.
