At long last Christian Puglisi’s pizzeria in the center of the Danish capital has resumed service. This business venture has recently been supplemented by the Mirabelle bakery where leavened pastries, and, above all, bread, reign supreme. The combination of offering both bread and pizza is becoming more and more of a trend, and this is surely a model example. In addition to all of this, the Farm delle idea was created in 2016 and it represents the pulsating heart of the Danish chef’s gastronomic inspiration and reason. First class raw ingredients are used without compromise. This is true not only of the vegetables, but also of the dairy products, with produce from the “smallest dairy farm in Denmark” and a spectacular nduja which would be the envy of the Spilinga experts. The pizzas, which are made in the Neapolitan style, are topped by well-balanced, seasonal flavors. There is a touch of creativity in a youthful atmosphere, with beers, cocktails and a great desire to return to normality after the pandemic.
