The brothers Matteo and Salvatore Aloe left the pizzeria in Castel Maggiore in the province of Bologna to land in London (the first venue abroad) after having opened about 10 venues in Rome, Florence, Turin, and Milan. This is an Italian pizza chain, proportional, based on the philosophy of mother yeast and semi-whole wheat flour. They also put a lot of attention on the quality of the products used for the toppings which are all preferably organic and compatible with the environment.  The great merit of this artisan chain is that they have guaranteed a level of product and service that is always the same no matter which venue you have chosen. This is thanks to the great attention put into the training of the staff, who are always well-motivated. What is the secret of the Aloe brothers? It’s to always have Calabria, their native region, in their heart, and of course on the pizza!
