The management has changed at this venue but we are glad to see that everything else has remained the same. Daniele Ferrara and Valerio Lessi work the oven in this restaurant not far from the Pontecagnano Sud exit on the Salerno Reggio Calabria highway. Here, they offer a contemporary Neapolitan-style pizza. The dough is light and digestible and the disk is topped with excellent and carefully selected raw materials. There is great consideration for products from the local territory: buffalo-milk mozzarella, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and tuna are perfectly valorized on the well-leavened disk of dough. The fried specialties are also worth a mention. The venue is large and bright; the design is a predominating and balanced mix of wood and metal elements. There are large outdoor spaces as well. The service is very professional.
