Good Italian cooking can be found in Geneva at a place called Kytaly. You are guaranteed to find good pizza as well as pasta, which here is proposed in many different contemporary styles. It is also the right place for a cocktail: the requisite Spritz or a Negroncino, a Negroni reinterpreted by the bartender Giancarlo Mancino. At the end of Spring, when the venue was reopened, a new pizza chef arrived from Italy: Antonio Romanelli. The pizza here is soft and pleasant to the bite, and it is generously topped. The real strength of this delicious establishment run by the Bortesi family is the careful selection of the top-quality Italian ingredients. From the buffalo-milk mozzarella to the San Marzano tomatoes, from the burrata to the salamis, from the fior di latte to the extra-virgin olive oil; everything here speaks Italian. It is an embassy of great taste that must not be missed!
