These venues were born thanks to the passion of Luigi Guarnaccia and Enrico Coppola, the founders of this chain. The dough is left to leaven between 56 to 72 hours before it becomes a pizza. The dough is light thanks to the flour that is made out of 100% Italian wheat. The toppings used are a selection of the best of the Bel Paese products, from the DOP Parma ham, Agerola mozzarella, to the DOP Piennolo tomatoes. Great care is given to the dessert proposals and the beer menu. All of the establishments give particular care to younger children, with a dedicated menu and lots of small details catering to children. In addition to the pizzas and the delicious fried foods, you can also find a very intriguing proposal of first and second-course dishes.
