The pizza here is very light, easily digestible and made with strictly organic, top quality ingredients. This pizzeria opened in 2019 just a few months before the pandemic outbreak. However, thanks to word of mouth, it immediately established itself in the city. A big help was also the location of the venue which is in an area that is always very busy. Among the most successful pizzas: are the Vegetarian, the ‘Nduja and the Bottarga pizza with yellow tomatoes and lemon zest. There is also a small menue of appetizers (burrata, mixed vegetables or cured meats) and desserts (tiramisu, panacotta). On the other hand, the wine selection is excellent and vast, many of the wines can also be ordered by the glass. The options are strictly organic or biodynamic. There is also a small selection of jar wine and white macerated wine, all with Italian origins.
