If we can associate “Officina” (workshop) with expansion and change. Therefore it does not come as a surprise to discover that in this restaurant on the outskirts of Sarzana there is a new pizza chef as well as a new blend of wholewheat flours and a new menu. Guided by the inspiration of Giacomo Devoto, these additions will make it easier for the customer to choose between steamed pizzas, pizzas made in the electric oven, or pizzas made in the wood-fired oven, and to appreciate the different consistencies and textures of the dough. Whether it is a soft wholewheat slice or the true Neapolitan pizza, the toppings are always quality, artisanal products, often from the territory. The very nice wine cellar and impeccable service make Officine del Cibo one of the places that have contributed to redefining the concept of what a pizzeria is.
