Daniele Uditi, originally from Campania, set out to conquer the United States, and we can say that he succeeded. Raised in a family of chefs – his mother was a chef, his aunt a baker, and his grandfather a pastry chef – he brought his passion for cooking, especially pizza, across the ocean. In 2017, he opened Pizzana, and from there, he never looked back. Today, there are five locations, and the venues are a testament to classic Italian elegance and attention to beauty. The pizzas are in the Neapolitan style, known for their melt-in-your-mouth quality but also featuring a noticeably crisp crust when you bite into the edge. The quality of the ingredients starts with San Marzano tomatoes imported from Campania. The pizzas include classics like Margherita and Marinara, along with some seasonal variations. Well-executed salads and desserts complete the offerings, all delivered to the table by a highly professional service.
