Stefano Saturnino, and Giovanni Arbellini, with the help of Ilaria Puddu, established this artisanal chain in 2017, starting from Milan. The format is based on reimagining Neapolitan pizza and using the finest Italian ingredients available. The creative and contemporary approach of the PIZZIUM group has helped it make a name for itself in Italy, with approximately fifty locations at the moment. Their pizza dough is easily digestible and fragrant, featuring a high and well-leavened crust that is exceptionally soft. Toppings are carefully selected. Their vegetable products come from the Farm in Acerra, a true point of pride. On the menu, you can find appetizers, a few salads, and pizzas categorized into classic and regional varieties. Prices are usually in line with the local average, and the quality of the ingredients justifies the cost.
