19° - Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana

Settebello was founded in 2005 after Brad Otton learned the art of Neapolitan pizza making from Enzo Coccia.  Today his pizzeria is certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana.  The concept is extremely simple:  to reproduce the true Neapolitan traditional pizza, starting from the construction of the tiled oven and ending with the Italian ingredients such as the tomatoes and the flour, in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas.  In fact, the margherita and the marinara immediately impress, especially for those familiar with pizza in Naples;  they find it hard to believe that they are thousands of kilometers away from the city.  The dough is well-hydrated and melty, the baking technique is excellent and the primary ingredients are good.  All of this is surrounded by a series of lovely dining areas, a sober and modern elegance, excellent beverages and an attentive, professional and simple service, just as an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria should be.  They have replicated the format very well.
