Located in the center of Langgata, which is the main street of Sandnes, Ti Spiseri&Bar opened its doors in December 2019. The food on offer changes according to the time of day. At lunchtime you will find the traditional smørrebrød, and for dinner meat and seafood. The pizza, however, is served all day long. The style of the pizza resembles the modern-day Neapolitan with a more pronounced crust. It is perfectly soft and elastic when you bite into it. It is easy to see that Ariel Montalvo learned his trade in Italy, even by the toppings he uses. They are always well measured, and never excessive. The margherita is made by the book, with excellent San Marzano tomatoes which arrive direct from the Campania region. The cocktails are fantastic, and the small almond pastries are a delicious way to end your meal.
