Un concept italiano nato a Milano con spirito napoletano che ha ben resistito al periodo pandemico. E’ la pizzeria Belli di Mamma nel cuore della capitale ungherese dove si respira aria tricolore: le pizze, ben eseguite, fanno l’occhiolino a quelle con il cornicione più pronunciato dei giovani “canottisti” partenopei. Il menu presenta le pizze napoletane, quelle classiche (quattro formaggi, tonno e cipolla) e le gourmet (‘nduja e bufala). Immancabile il tiramisù, vera icona italiana fra i dessert. This is an Italian concept that was hatched in Milan with a Neapolitan spirit. It has weathered the pandemic very well, and it is at the Belli di Mamma pizzeria in the heart of the Hungarian capital where you can clearly breathe some Italian air: the well-executed pizzas tend towards a more pronounced and higher crust. This goes back to a style of pizza made by the young Neapolitan "rafters" (the thick crust mimics an inflatable boat). The menu features Neapolitan pizzas as well as classic pizzas (like the quattro formaggi with its four cheeses, the tonno e cipolla with the tuna and onions) as well as the gourmet ones (like the 'nduja and bufala with buffalo-milk mozzarella). The tiramisù is a must, a true Italian icon among the desserts. As for the beverages, the wines are branded by the pizzeria itself, with the name “Belli di Mamma,” which is a typical Italian expression. The service is impeccable; cheerful, and professional.
