Hisanori Yamamoto ha imparato l’arte della pizza a Napoli, tanto da rimanerne affascinato e riproporre fedelmente in Giappone quello ha imparato nella città Partenopea. La pizzeria ricorda uno dei locali caratteristici dei vicoli del centro storico di Napoli. Lo stile è quello tradizionale a ruota di carro, che straborda dal piatto. Oltre alle pizze qualche buon piatto sempre mutuato dalla tradizione partenopea. Da provare la classica margherita e la marinara, davvero ben fatte.
Hisanori Yamamoto learned the art of pizza making in the city of Naples itself. He was so fascinated by it that he has faithfully reproduced in Japan what he learned in the Italian city. The pizzeria is built and furnished to look like one of the characteristic pizzerias from the alleys of the historic center of Naples. The pizza is in the traditional “wagon wheel” style, and it is actually bigger than the plate on which it is served. In addition to the pizzas, there are some other good specialties, borrowed from the Neapolitan culinary tradition. A must-try is the classic margherita or the marinara, which are both really well made.
