Che bella sorpresa questa pizzeria! Tavoli in legno, pochi posti ed un grande forno a legna. Tanta attenzione per i prodotti locali e per la stagionalità. L’impasto viene fatto con lievito madre, ha un bordo croccante e dorato che si finisce senza problemi. Le farciture hanno un buon equilibrio e sono senza dubbio uno dei punti di forza di questa bella realtà. Ottimi anche i cocktails serviti in abbinamento con le pizze.
This pizzeria is such a nice surprise. There are wooden tables with a few seats and a large wood-fired oven. There is a lot of care given in selecting seasonal local products. The dough is made with a sourdough starter and has a crunchy golden edge that you will have no problem finishing. The toppings are well-balanced and are, without a doubt, one of the strengths of this beautiful establishment. The cocktails served in combination with the pizzas are also excellent.
