- LSDM srl engages gastronomy experts with specific experience and sensitivity to the pizzeria sector.
- These experts collectively form a panel.
- Experts agree to a pact of non-disclosure and anonymity before, during, and after voting.
- Experts must inform the panel head of any potential conflicts of interest to prevent bias and ensure transparency and impartiality of the evaluation and its outcomes.
- Experts serve on a voluntary basis, act with complete independence, and receive no compensation of any kind.
- Experts guarantee an independent opinion and maintain total anonymity.
