The voter is requested to list his or her 5 best pizzerias in order of preference (first, second, and so on….the exact rank in each list is important). The pizzerias are evaluated considering the following parameters: quality of pizza, freshness, quality of ingredients, ambiance, level of cleanliness, service, courtesy, and the wine and beer list. Thus, it is not only the pizza that is being considered, nor just the history. All styles of pizza are accepted. Furthermore, you will be asked to indicate a preference for the best Neapolitan pizzeria in the world (not in Italy), even outside the borders of your area.
