This establishment is located a few kilometers from the center of Turin, and is easily reachable by public transport. It is situated in an ex-gourmet establishment. The dough is excellent, flaky and not too chewy, with a uniform crust at the heart of the pizza. Among the many proposals, we recommend the appetizer of toasted bread with ‘Nduja from Spilinga and grated smoked ricotta; an excellent combination of flavors. While for the pizzas we suggest the following combinations: "tomatoes, fior di latte, and pancetta" or "pancetta, baked peppers, mashed potatoes, mozzarella, parsley and ‘nduja ".The service is well organized and the staff is friendly. The dining area is tidy and clean. The open kitchen is a treat in which you can see that many of the cured meats used for the pizzas are sliced fresh. Within the structure, there are also other commercial activities as well as the pizzeria Berberè.The establishment is slightly hidden. The internal atmosphere is basic and recalls the concept of what the structure used to be in the past.The menu is suitable for every palate, with high-quality ingredients that are all well described on the back page of the pizza menu. There are many appetizing appetizers. The wine and beer list is also well stocked.
