The founder of the pizzeria has been in front of his wood-fired oven for 31 years, with previous experience as a baker. His son, Luca, is continuing the management of the restaurant with the same dedication, and has expanded the selection. He is always in search of top-quality products and experimenting with new doughs, which he recommends to his customers on a rotating basis. Preference is given to local products, from the seasonal vegetables to the ever-fresh fish. The result is fragrant and well-leavened pizzas, with balanced flavors and often unusual combinations. The service is precise, with a very polite and helpful staff; the wine list is excellent and offers local as well as well-known international labels. Well worth a visit.
