Da non perdere
This modern pizzeria with a kitchen has been confirmed as one of the most reliable places in the capital. On the one hand there is Stefano Callegari’s vast experience and on the other there is Marco Pucciotti’s enthusiastic business sense. Beyond the competent management of the establishment, in fact, we must mention the various initiatives organized for exchanges and meetings with pizza chefs and chefs from all over Italy. Apart from a vivacious menu, there are various seasonal pizzas, among which we cannot forget the perfect combination of artichokes, sundried tomatoes and caciofiore di columella.
The fried offerings are well-executed, with very crunchy chips and supplì with tens of different stuffings. The pizza has a well-hydrated and well-leavened dough which is light, fragrant and never bready. The crust is slightly pronounced and tends to be crunchy, as is the master Callegari’s style.
The young and courteous service and a sophisticated selection of beers complete the picture.
