The pizzeria “Al Sole” offers a well-executed gourmet pizza. The ingredients used are very select, from the dough to the toppings. A more than positive notes goes to the fragrance and the cooking of the dough, which I would say is excellent. Perfect rising and digestibility is assured. The gourmet “tastes” are recommended, whose portions appear small, but are the perfect quantity for a meal which will not leave one feeling heavy. The stuffed crust adds a pleasant taste.
