Angelo Pezzella gave his first name and last name to the pizzeria that he opened in the spring of 2017 on Via Appia Nuova (called That’s Amore), near the Capannelle racetrack. An elegant restaurant, with an attentive and very efficient service, that functions as a kitchen and pizzeria. Simple dishes of the Neapolitan tradition are prepared as well as studied pizzas doughs, with some experimentation, but a very convincing result. Here, we are truly presented with a real Neapolitan pizza, a traditional one, not in a boat style, with a non-invasive crust and a base that stands out for its great dexterity. The margherita, for example, is exceptional, starting from the price: it’s on the menu for only 5 euros!
