The pizzeria is found in the Chianti foothills, not far from Impruneta; the restaurant is on the road and it is possible to use the adjacent car park. The establishment is ample and guarantees the possibility of lunches or dinners for large groups. The typology of the proposed pizzas is varied: from the classic marinara, margherita and Napoli to the gourmet pizzas, for which the pizzeria is best known. The style is personal and recognizable. The pizzas we tried were a classic margherita and one with onions and Ligurian olives: in both cases the tomato is well present and of good quality, as were the other products. The dough is light and easily digestible, indication of a well-executed leavening and maturation.
