The pizzeria is found a few hundred meters from the town piazza in Povo, not far from the science building at the university. It is easily reachable by public transport and it has a small car park (for only 6-7 vehicles). The waiters are very professional and accommodating. The dinning area is well-kept and clean. One notices great care in the attention to detail, the wood furnishings, typical of Trentino, exude serenity. Every week two different pizzas are proposed with fresh and select ingredients. The dough is made with a sourdough starter, semi-wholegrain flour and an extract of flax seeds with a leavening of at least 72 hours. Everything is 100% organic. There is a wide variety of pizzas that are possible to customize according to ones own taste. The dough, which is very thin, could be improved. The selection of beers and wines should be expanded. At lunch, a table for two is easily found while for evenings reservations are recommended.
