However, there are also clear references to and citations for Molise, especially in the choice of the ingredients. And so, all of the ingredients, starting with the flours, are well selected and the dough is made to the letter. A note of merit for the service, truly professional and extremely cordial, and for the “monumental” wine list, including over four-hundred interesting labels. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, but at the same time modern. The pizza maliziosa is an absolute must-try, without any delay.
