An establishment located in the historical Santa Maria Liberatrice square in the heart of the Testaccio district. Friendly staff, a rustic and informal festive party atmosphere. Fast service and an essential menu: other than pizza it possible to order first courses, a few second courses and side dishes other than classic antipastos like crostini and fried foods. Roman style pizzas that are low, thin with a crunchy crust that are well-topped with seasonal products like the typical puntarelle. A real and authentic place, that has resisted the distortion of tourism. Unfortunately, parking is difficult, but the establishment is reachable with public transportation (it is 10 minutes by foot from the Piramide metro). They do not accept reservations.
