Sa Scola, which in Sardo literally means “the school”, is a country pizzeria and restauant that is found in Sardenga’s smallest county, Baradili, with just over 80 inhabitants in total. Originally opened as a cooking school, in the last few years it has become something more, a bonafide cultural project. About fifteen pizzas on the menu, 7 classics, 4 from the Academy and 4 seasonal options. There is also a tasting menu, for a minimum of two people however. We absolutely recommend the one with tomato, caviar and eggplant, fior di latte, zucchini and arugola pesto. The service is very kind and attentive, the wine list and beer list both have a nice selection representing the territory with Sardengna on the labels.
