Situated in the Appio-Latino quarter Sbanco has an informal and modern environment. The welcoming staff accompany you to your booked table (it is advisable to book, at weekends there is a double shift: 20/22). The menu provides fried foods and some cooked dishes. Agnese’s kindness and her natural willingness to smile is appreciated. A good variety of beers, all on tap. The wine selection could be wider. The pizza dough is well leavened and well rested, resulting in a spongy and fragrant crust. The quality of the raw materials is very high among many good Italian products, favouring DOP ingredients. There is no lack of creativity as evidenced by the proposal of pizzas such as “Arrabbiata and stracciatella”.
