Every good thing that the Matese area has to offer ends up in the wood-fired oven of the Di Muccio family. In fact, the largest mountain range in the South of Italy houses the gastronomic specialties from which Alessio Di Muccio selects to fill the pantry of his pizzeria. Added to this are the mozzarella and other dairy products made from buffalo milk, the Roman Conciato, and the seasoned black pig sausage. Other pizzas propose interesting additions of dried fruit. It is a collection of flavors that is not to be missed and that the young pizza chef manages to amalgamate inside the conspicuous crust that characterizes his dough. All this is also thanks to the experience of his mother, Patrizia, who strongly supported the opening of this locale immersed in a pleasant countryside. In some of the pizzas there is an excessive use of pepper. There is a well-supplied list of beers with more than 30 labels on the menu. As for the wines, they are focused almost exclusively on the Caiatina area.
