Situated in the center of Siderno on the Ionic coast of Calabria, the pizzeria Old West proposes an excellent pizza in the Neapolitan style.  The master pizza chef Vincenzo Fotia is a renowned instructor.  Through his courses and workshops, he shares the art that is ingrained in this type of pizza.  The best flours are used and, according to the methodology for this type, doughs are made in both the direct and indirect ways.  You can immediately taste the freshness and the quality of the raw materials.  The variety of different pizzas is very large.  The menu, beyond the classics, also presents some specials and master-class pizzas.  These last ones are made with dough from active organic vegetable carbon flour, or from hemp, curcuma, or the heart of grain and wholegrain seeds.
