Lievito has yet again confirmed itself to be one of the best pizzerias in the Reggio area. The strength at Lievito is their know-how in combining great quality raw materials with continuous research and innovative dough. The patrons, in fact, are presented with a choice that goes beyond classic doughs. They can also choose from doughs made with hemp flour, turmeric, malts and hops. The variety of speciality and gourmet pizzas on the menu is interesting. Regarding the beers, a special mention goes out to Francesco Donato, one of the owners and beer sommelier who accompanies the customer in the ideal pizza-beer combination. The industrial-style restaurant is welcoming and pleasant. Perhaps worth revisiting are the table settings and the service.
