The history of this pizzeria, which has other branches in Nocera Inferiore, Nocera Superiore, Avellino and Sant’Egidio del Monte Albino, dates back to 1929 when Domenico Paduano began working in this sector in Naples. Today, his nephew Claudio is at the oven in the establishment at Cava de’ Tirreni, positioned in a central area with a large adjacent parking lot. Here he prepares a Neapolitan style pizza with 5 different types of dough: without yeast, gluten free, whole wheat, with stone ground flour, and with a mixture of 4 seeds and grains. Good quality products are used with particular attention paid to products that come from Campania but also those that come from outside the region. The dining area is designed in a predominately rustic style. The staff is and young and efficient.
