After sufficient positive experience, which continues with enormous success in Baradili, a tiny municipality in Marmilla, the Sa Scolla team has also opened in Cagliari. As you enter you will be impressed by the large wooden beams that support the ceiling and by the bar positioned to the right of the entrance. The restaurant is spread over 2 dining areas. The dough is light and digestible. It is a cross between the soft melty Neapolitan style pizza and the thin scrocchiarello Roman style. The pizza proposal is divided into four categories: classic pizzas, those of the Academy, seasonal, and finger-licking pizzas. The pizza Carrettiera with mozzarella, tomatoes, cacioricotta, onions and oregano is rustic and tasty. The desserts are homemade. Do not miss the Seada di Gavoi with abbamele (a honey-based product from Sardegna). The wine list includes some interesting selections, some standard labels, and also some of the island’s best wines. The service is attentive. The prices are within the city’s average.
