Crunch – Pizzeria Popolare

I giovani catanzaresi che hanno investito in questo progetto non hanno sbagliato. Il successo li sta ripagando dei sacrifici fatti per rimodernare il locale già due volte, nel periodo della pandemia è stato infatti ingrandito, ben arredato per poter accogliere gli amanti della pizza anche all’esterno. Le pizze, nella versione tonda e fritta, si caratterizzano per impasti molto leggeri, creative e gustose, come la Giardino d’Estate con pesto di zucchine, pistacchio e Borragine, ‘nduja estiva, fiori di zucchina ripieni di kefir di capra, mozzarella fior di latte, chips di zucchine. La pizzeria ha aperto il locale estivo in centro, in una delle più belle piazze di Soverato.

The young investors from Catanzaro who have funded this project were not wrong to do so.  Success is repaying them for the sacrifices they made to modernize the location, which they have done twice already. During the pandemic period, the venue was enlarged and well-furnished to be able to welcome pizza lovers even outdoors.  Both the round and fried pizzas are characterized by their lightness, and the creative and tasty dough. One such pizza is called Giardino d'Estate with zucchini, pistachio, borage pesto, summer ‘nduja, zucchini flowers stuffed with goat kefir, fior di latte mozzarella and zucchini chips. The pizzeria has opened its summer venue in the center in one of the most beautiful squares of Soverato.
