During baking, the light and bubbly crust grows in a pronounced way as if to ‘frame’ the excellent ingredients, making it a very enticing-looking pizza. The selection of pizzas is quite extensive. In addition to the variations of the classic margherita – with buffalo-milk mozzarella, provola cheese, or fiordilatte (which we recommend), you can also choose from more distinctive and creative variants.
